"The house is not located in SanVito Chietino as the HomeAway website shows but 4-5 km from there, in Bardella 6 just outside Sant Apollinaire. The property is located near the highway so there is always a noise from there. Otherwise, the situation is very good and the house is in good condition. It is 3km to the beach. Antonello is always accommodating and helpful"

Dies lag nicht nur an der schlechten Zufahrt, und dem sehr rustikalen Zustand der Wohnung, sondern hauptsächlich an dem fürchterlichen Kloakengestank der vor allem im Bad und Schlafzimmer vorherrschte. "This is our third stay at this delightful villa in Abruzzo. The facilities are excellent, the pool is a delight, surrounding area has a wealth of things to do - e-biking on the coast, walking in the mountains, picturesque mountain villages, hill-top towns like Penne and Chieti, wonderful food (the ice cream!). And the owner is a lovely lady, very helpful."

"L’accoglienza da parte dei proprietari è stata fantastica e ci hanno viziato con le prelibatezze dell’orto del sig. Bruno ( uva fichi pomodorini basilico peperoni peperoncino prezzemolo ). Hanno accolto anche i nostri due cani di taglia media e anche se abitano al piano superiore, la privacy è assoluta."

"A hidden gem in Pescara! We stayed only one night and we loved our stay Tony is a wonderful host! Very nice and clean place! Beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated! The room was warm, spotless, and a good size with a private bathroom. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice. More than enough to get your day started. Even gluten-free is offered! Free and safe on-street parking. I would recommend this place! "
