"This place was incredible. We stayed for 2 nights. There are only 10 rooms on the property so it’s not packed with people. You can hardly tell anyone else is there. Short drives to fun activities. Breakfast is gourmet and original. The restaurant is super delicious. The staff is even better. It’s a very rustic feel, while being completely renovated on the inside. It’s a must stay if you want to stay in the countryside/tuscany."

What we missed a little bit, were some space for storing of clothes and luggage (there were only four hangers). There was also only one chair in the room which was officially declared as a three-bed-room. But all in all we were very satisfied. "
"This cute hotel is a 1-minute walk to the beach! It is a little outside of central Follonica, but totally walkable. We are a family of three and we walked to town every night for dinner and gelato. We also walked to and from the train-station with heavy backpacks. They do have bikes to rent at the hotel, and Follonica provide small trains after 17:30 that take you to and from town until midnight. Very clean and great buffet breakfast! Would highly recommend! "

We used the kitchen for minor cooking and that worked well. There is a supermarket close by and small restaurants in the town. The AC was working great.
