"The hotel could have been reached by foot from Terminal 2, but we did not know. We called, as instructed, for the shuttle. The driver asked us to pay him. The room had no window, and lights that would not turn off. The heating/cooling unit was just above our heads, blowing into our noses. Heating was not working so we froze to death that night.
