Bonne situation
Appartement confortable, seul bémol les vélux : pas de vue extérieure
Proche des thermes et de la maison du curiste : très pratique
Garage en sous-sol. Immeuble sécurisé.
Ménage payant mais fait très sommairement : gros point négatif.

Vacances Rochefort
Appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé et propre face au port.
Quelques équipements ou installations défaillantes à savoir comme certains caches prises cassés, les veluxs ont du mals à se bloquers , dont une poignée de velux cassé, Antenne non fonctionnel pour la télévision , hotte de cuisine en panne .
Mise a part ces détails , appartement agréable.
Au vu des grosses chaleurs , plusieurs ventilateurs ont été mis à notre disposition ce qui fut fort appréciable, car c'est un appartement sous les toits et la chaleur est vraiment dur a supporter.
