"We were warmly welcomed by our host Norbert. The house was very well equipped, spacious, well heated and very clean. The setting of the house is amongst forest, providing privacy, yet only minutes on foot to the village. There are numerous birds and squirrels that can be seen from the house. The town offers thermal baths and a small casino for light entertainment. There are many scenic drives in the area, and historic towns. We would definately consider revisiting this house."

"Just a lovely gite inside Turckheim’s old walls, wonderful shower, nice kitchen, very quiet and comfortable, plenty of space for a couple with a few small kids. The only negative was limited parking right near the gite, but plenty of parking a 3-4 minute walk away just outside the old town wall. We’ll definitely be going back here!!"

"At first the owner could not meet us the agreed at check-in time. We had to protest in order to check-in as planned. The we were criticised for the state of the property, by mail after we had left , - the owner were not present at check-out time. We had only slept, eaten breakfast and showered."

"Absolutely perfect for our visit to Alsace. The home has been lovingly cared for and restored. We had all that needed for our stay- beds were comfortable and well appointed bathrooms. Since we were traveling efficiently, nice to have washer and dryer. Hosts welcomed us with a baked treat and Alsace wine. For a few days, we did as the French do - walking to bakery every morning for fresh baguette and pastries in the picturesque village was delightful."

"Rimbachzell is conveniently situated in the heart of the Alsacian region with tons of activities within a short drive (half an hour away from Mulhouse or Colmar, close to the Grand Ballon and the Ecomusee d'Alsace, etc ). We were welcomed by our friendly host Rodolphe who took us to the house and spent some time showing us the facilities and recommending places to visit or restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. "Séjour agréable dans ce chalet même si la météo n'était pas vraiement de la partie. Une bonne situation pour plusieurs belles randonnées, centre-ville et lac très proches. Le logement est spacieux, quelques éléments mériteraient un renouvellement dont la literie. L'espace SPA est agréable même si malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu en profiter en fin de séjour suite au passage du pisciniste qui a forcé la dose sur les produits et l'a rendu inutilisable..."
