Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. It’s surrounded by bars and restaurants. The parking garage attached to the hotel is not included in the nightly price but when we were there, it was only $16 for the night, not bad.

Newly remodeled "Beach" Themed home that is close to downtown and Mayo Clinic.
Stayed here with my wife for her Mayo Clinic appointments. A very aesthetically pleasing, clean, and cozy home to unwind in after her appointments. Super close to Mayo Clinic too! Would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Rochester.

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely enjoyed our time. The decor and overall style is beautifully done and made the space feel both inviting and thoughtfully put together. Discounted Oasis! 5 Star-3 Bedroom Showstopping Duplex 4 Minutes to Mayo Clinic!
Our stay was great for the week we spent in Rochester. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for my toddler! We would definitely stay here again!
