The room was perfectly clean. Construction was first rate with tiled bathroom floors and shower wall. Great bedroom and bed. Nice kitchen facilities. Pleasant staff. Convenient to Mayo Clinic. The 4am train whistle from the tracks next to the building was the only negative.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice. The only negative part of the stay was parking. The spots were small (ideal for compact only) and space was very limited. Due to both, we ended up taking Ubers everywhere.

Really liked the convenience of this location. It was ideal for our purposes and was well worth the money. Only dings against this location specifically are it's proximity to the train, the construction right next door (not their fault at all, but added to the noise level), and a very oddly shaped parking structure. Aside from that, this was ideal.

Second time we stayed at this property it’s very clean a very close to Mayo Clinic which was the reason for the stay. However the woman at the front desk that checked us out was pretty rude and gave me and my husband a nasty look for no reason which was a disappointment.

We had a great stay. It was quiet and comfortable. Only negative comment is that the parking lot doesn’t have enough space for all the guests. Parking is free though if you get a spot.

Excellent service at the front desk! I had a tricky situation with a traveling companion and the lady working was so kind, patient, and professional. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I was traveling with 2 friends so we loved having the “living space” in our room plus the kitchen and island to eat at. We chose this hotel because it’s walkable to the Civic Center, and that was really convenient. I definitely recommend staying here.
