Duplicate Problems

The place I eventually stayed at was fine, a one bedroom place that was in a quiet neighborhood. The problem I had was that I reserved the place with VRBO but when i got there, I could not check in. The owner was not available at check in time, I had to call VRBO support to get the owner to respond to my messages, and the only way I was able to get a place to stay, since they had double booked, was because they had another room available in the same property. the room was perfectly fine, their reservation process is god-awful.
