- The building owner is currently renovating other units, so **construction noise may be present during the day**. This historic building has unique charm and other tenants.
- **Pet Policy:** The pet fee is **$125 per pet**, with an additional **$125 charge for a second pet**. Only small pets under **50 lbs** are allowed. A photo of your pet and vet records are required.
