There was not enough parking for the building, the code to get into the building and to the loft was never provided. We had to stand outside in the cold and wait for somebody to find somebody to let us in. We had to climb four flights upstairs to get to our room. There was no privacy for the bathroom, ...

Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.

The free parking was right in front of the building which was great. The room was phenomenal and the ambiance of the lobby is definitely a must see!
