"Old hotel built in 1892,you can tell the town and hotel enjoyed an age of prosperity but that time has passed.Beautiful hotel with large rooms and amazing nostalgic decor but the town is closed from Sunday threw Wednesday so unless the gas station is your reason for visiting Las Vegas I suggest looking elsewhere…over all 4 stars for hotel 1 for the town"

"The rooms are really clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice from the moment we checked in. They even had evening soup which was tasty and really unexpected. We have stayed at many Super 8's and this one is the gold standard in all respects. The continental breakfast met our needs. Access to the interstate is easy. It is a bit out of town so it isn't very walkable but that is not a huge deal for most people."

"10/10 no notes. The photos really don’t do the property justice, it’s very beautiful outside, love the classic southwest style, kitchen was well appointed as we cooked all our meals. Fishing was great, we caught more brown trout right there at the house than anywhere else on the river! The host was so accommodating, I asked about box fans & they left 2 brand new ones in the house for us!! We saw a lot of different birds ( most ferocious hummingbirds I’ve ever seen) turkey and mule deer. Overall the best vacation we’ve had, we will for sure be back 3"
