"My family stays exclusively in Drury Inn and Suites properties thanks to the outstanding impression the Charlotte/Arrowood location made on us. We visit Charlotte often to attend concerts, get thrilled at Carowinds, or just to rest, unwind and now we look forward to our hotel experience as much as the activities we have planned. The customer support throughout the property, from the front desk concierge to the maid service to the cooks/ servers, is unparalleled even when you stack them up with high-end boutique hotels. If you are a first-time guest get ready to feel welcomed in a way you probably haven't experienced. When you figure in you are getting a hearty, full size breakfast as well as an evening buffet with several alcoholic drinks included, this is a value that cannot be touched! The breakfast as well as the evening "KICKBACK" change slightly, but you can rest assured they will have many different foods and beverages to choose from. Pancakes, waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, fried potatoes, nacho bar, soft taco fajitas, hotdogs, baked potatoes, soup, salad.....I could continue! The indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room are always spotless and stocked with plenty towels. If I could make one suggestion it would be to allow the pool and hot tub to remain open till 11-12 instead of 10. The weight room has bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, and a huge rack of dumbbells. Bed comfort: A+ From top to bottom, OUTSTANDING! Bravo, bravo, bravo!"

"Great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the valet. Just across the street from venue. Would have liked to have something in room that showed food options in the area. Clean rooms, wish there was some lotion since I forgot mine😊 Will definitely stay again!!"
