The room was nice and clean. There is no lock on the door. The staff came into my room without even knocking. The owners do not know English and it’s difficult to communicate. But overall I did enjoy my stay.

A Must Stay!!

It was a wonderful place to stay very clean it had a sliding glass door for your own private patio or balcony which made it more like an apartment.

Nice Clean Quite and Comfortable

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and nice. If your looking for a nice clean comfortable and quite palce to rest and relax then you should check them out. The only thing is that it is cheaper to book through hotels.com than it is at the front desk or over the phone.

The hotel staff were super friendly! The room was clean although Im used to stay in more high end hotels, this was a good pick for last minute!! The ONLY thing was the pool was Green!!! Ugh! Overall, If I ever had a last min stay, I'll stay again.

Staff was great but property is dirty, no ice, bathroom needs complete gut job, room was in need of remodel and repair. Stayed only because we needed to sleep. I have never seen a Quality Inn in this condition. Not worth what we paid.

Though the staff were very nice, the door didn’t close properly, allowing it to lock, the floor was dirty, and the shower never got hot. Also, the property allowed monthly rentals so it had a vibe that just didn’t feel like a place for travelers. On the upside the bed, pillows and towels were surprisingly nice. Very clean and new and soft.

YOU WANT TO STAY HERE!!

James the 3rd shift front desk person is hands down the best, most accomodating, above and beyond front desk person my son and I have ever encountered. He is phenomenal and absolutely deserves a raise. Honestly..the entire stay was amazing. The Quality Inn & Suites on Cherry Road in Rock Hill, SC was more than hospitable. We felt like we belonged and like we had family. The room was amazing. The water pressure was top notch and the water heated quickly and stayed hot. We never had any disturbances and we always felt safe.

Just one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. Hallways reeked of dope, Stained or damaged carpet, Poor/Shotty repair work, melted blow dryer, Pitiful breakfast...seriously, how do you screw up waffle batter? Its painfully obvious that the hotel owner puts all income into THEIR pocket and zero back into this hotel. Be warned.....I wish someone would have warned me. No decent person would stay here unless the circumstances dictated otherwise. (Late at nite, Exhausted, Every other hotel booked....etc) When Expedia charged me $115 for the room, I thought "it must be nice ....then I get there after a 13 hour drive and Hotel Cleck shows me my reservation for $80. But $115 came out of my bank account. Expedia seriously needs to review this hotel.

Our stay at the Quality Inn, SC

Our stay was a place to sleep for 3 people, but since we had a handicap room, the beds where not queen size, we had full size beds that where not comfortable for my husband and I to sleep in together, I asked for a big chair for my husband, instead of the roller chair and was told there were none. The sliding glass door did not open in our room. There was mold in the shower, under the soap stand. They don't come in and make up the beds or anything, we had to ask for toilet paper and was told that they don't clean your room until the 3rd day. We stayed from Thursday to Monday. The pictures online are very deceiving of what the rooms look like. For breakfast was very simple items. The staff was very nice and friendly Other than that, it was close to family members that live in SC and NC that we were visiting.

I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we arrived at almost 11pm, there was a nice man at the desk, talking to people that i assume live there. He mentioned the state i was traveling from in front of them and my room nunber out loud in front of them. We struggled to find the room. The hallway smelled like weed and stale cigarettes even though it was a "non-smoking". We got in the room and immediately there was a huge roach climbing on the wall. The bathroom sink had been broken and was held together with caulk. The walls and floors were nasty in the bathroom. Sketchy people hanging around outside. Water pressure was good, air conditioner worked well, hot water was really hot. I took pictures of the state of the room, but it will not let me upload them here.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been too! When we first got there the staff were fast and friendly checking us in. We got into the building and it smelt HORRIBLE! We get into our room and it smelt like dirty cigarettes. The floors were so dirty, the bathroom was so disgusting and the shower curtain was full of mold and actually falling off the wall. Then we are getting ready to go to bed and there was a man outside our door banging and screaming for 15 minutes for the person across from us to open their door. Someone had their music on all night. We literally left our air and tv on to drown out the noice of the hallways. There’s so many people that live there full-time. Oh and the guy at the front desk told us that if you want breakfast you need to come as soon as it opens because there’s nothing left after 30 mins. We went at 7:45 before checking out and there was one yogurt left.

This place was not fit to stay in. There was another guest in my assigned room and the rooms themselves were dirty. A couple in front of me opened their room which was covered in construction and renovation materials. Once I tried to give the key back to the staff member up front she became very rude. This was booked through Expedia so I’d have to go through them for a refund but the photos online do NOT match and I feel scammed. I do not recommend anyone stay here.
