"The owner never sent me the access code. There was no place to use an access code. The door was unlocked and we opened the door at midnight on our arrival. Climes three flights with baggage. When we say it was empty I called a hotel and stayed there. Vrbo DID give my money back for the hotel. How do scams like this happen?"

"The guest room suite was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and it had a small kitchen with a microwave, stove and fridge. It had all the needed utensils and pots and pans. It was private with its own entrance and had a cute little patio. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. We felt very safe. It is close to a lot of attractions. The room had a celing fan and vent but we did get a little warm so we got an extra fan. Overall it was a great getaway and our host was responsive...

"Location was perfect. Right by Lake Eola in downtown Orlando and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Host was friendly and made sure to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area."
