"Keep in mind this is a simple hostel (with no curfew). Nevertheless, I booked the more expensive private room. All my expectations were met. I had a clean, comfortable room/bed to sleep in. The hostel is along the main road and is near the center of town, but my room was very quiet -- I slept very well. The bathrooms are separate -- the one I used was roomy and the shower was fantastic. "We had a great time at this property. Less than 10 minutes to Watkins Glen and the Gorge Trail. Multiple wineries with 10 minutes. Also a bunch of markers markets and local farm stores within 20 minutes. We really enjoyed exploring the area and then winding down on the back porch at night after a day out. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to explore the Watkins Glen or Seneca Lake Wine Trail."
