  • 3 Bedroom Home with new upstairs sleeping area with 2 more beds and TV, Play area that you’re kids will love. Ceilings upstairs shorter only 60 inches tall peak and stairs are steep. Completely remodeled with newer furniture, linens, 2 Queen Sealy Posturepedic Pillow Top memory foam beds, Sectional which folds to a comfortable Full bed in the smaller room. Queen bed and futon couch upstairs. Giant sectional in living room, bamboo floors, top of the line kitchen with White Quartz countertops, a Bosch Dishwasher, New Hot Tub April 2023 with upgraded 220 volt connection so it heats up quickly. I do change the water when it gets nasty so there is a chance that it might not be piping hot the second you arrive. Hot tub is adjacent to small room, sitting area so you can watch your kids swim, 70" LED TV, DVD, Cable, Wifi 400mb highest speed internet available. Bluetooth Soundbar with Subwoofer, Heating, BBQ, New Washer and Drier, Fire pit, Games, Large Dining room table Buddha Garden, A/C, large fenced yard, steps from the beach.

    If you’re a nervous traveler, have health concerns, don’t like driving in the wind, rain, or snow, are concerned with your health please purchase trip insurance. I can’t afford to provide that service myself for last minute cancellations when it is readily available.

    Note: Cleaners are following all CDC/OHA, and Tillamook County best practice cleaning guidelines for Covid-19.

    Prior to guest arrival and 48 hours in advance an email will be sent to each party requiring the following. 1. Confirmation that no person in their party has recently experienced any flu or cold symptoms or had a fever within the last 10 days.
    . No person in their party has been exposed to or interacted with a person who has tested positive for COVID 19 within the last 14 days

    3. Guests will follow social distancing measures for the duration of their stay.

    4. Guests acknowledge Tillamook County resident concerns related to increased risk of exposure of COVID-19 in Tillamook County rural communities as we move into summer vacation season and that all guests will make every effort to be good citizens and respectful neighbors during their stay. This includes adhering to the hours of quiet time (10 PM to 7 AM), parking requirements, and contact person response times as outlined in Tillamook County Ordinance #843 day minimum on Federal Holidays next to a weekend.

Very comfortable and cozy place, with a convenient trail to the beach right across the street. Kitchen is fully functional and stocked with most items you would need. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again

Stayed for two nights, really gorgeous weekend. The house was well equipped, huge backyard, clean, enough space for my family and I- 2 kids ages 4 and 6, a small doggo, and husband. Close to town, I could walk to town 15ish min to the main area, and very close walk to the beach.

Good property for two. Near beach as mentioned with entrance right across the street, hot tub great an updated cover would be nice, fire pit with some wood provided, make sure you get seasoned wood. Bed mattress very firm, unit clean but cleaner is always a plus. Central to upper and mid costal Oregon, nice small town. Would recommend.

Great spot for people w pets close to the beach

Cute house that had everything we needed. The big fenced backyard was a huge bonus for us with our dog. Outdoor hot tub and multiple close in access points to the beach were fabulous.

Great spot

Small and comfortable house in excellent location. Comfortable beds. Very workable kitchen. Bring baking pans you might need because it’s not fully stocked. Glad we stayed and would love to come back.

This Rockaway beach cottage rocks

Cute beach cottage connected to the beach by an easy pathway. Hot tub was delightful. Thoughtfully updated (heated towel bar in the bathroom!). Comfy beds. We had a great time and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

So many amenities provided!

We WOULD stay here again. The house has so many personal touches and it feels like your home away from home. Hot tub, fire pit, VERY close to ocean, comfy beds and pillows. Washer, dryer, kitchen supplies, etc. WiFi, huge TV. The house is not on a main traveled road, so it's quiet. Nice walk into town and also to easy boardwalk hiking trail that leads to an astonishingly HUGE cedar tree!

Great dog friendly property

Cute bungalow in Rockaway Beach. House is a little quirky and a little retrograde. The stairs to the loft, bedroom 3, are very steep. Luckily, we did not need that space. Beds are very comfortable. The fenced back yard was great for dogs. The house was very well stocked with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, laundry soap, coffee and filters, etc.Beach access was directly across the street from the property, perhaps a 3- minute walk. The property owner was very responsive to a request for help with the TV.If you want a place that will accommodate your dog, and want easy beach access, this is a great property.

Great cottage close to the beach!

The place has all the charm and quirks of an old cottage, but it’s very well maintained and set up! Our 10yo loved sleeping in the attic space. We didn’t let the 6yo sleep up there because of the steepness of the stairs, but he was comfy in one of the other bedrooms. The internet is very fast. Backyard and hot tub are perfect. One of my favorite VRBO stays!

Great place close to the beach

The property is just like it’s described on the website. So convenient to the beach, comfortable beds, nice back yard and hot tub. Our golden doodle loves the beach, and it was nice to be able to wash both her and ourselves afterwards outside. We didn’t give it a five because there were a couple of housekeeping issues, and although the kitchen was well stocked, there was no place to put groceries except on one of the two countertops…… A bit pricey for a small space, but the location was great.

Girls trip

We were very impressed with the house overall. Beds were extremely comfortable and the property was spacious. My only negative would be the quality of the cookware. The frying pans were unusable due to teflon peeling away and rough on pan surface. Otherwise the house had everything we wanted.

Family home

The home is located walking distance from the beach in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Comfortable fit four adults and have extra sleeping space in the attic area. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are away from each other, giving privacy without disturbing each other. The home is nicely remodeled. The living room furniture shows some stain and wares. If you are traveling with eight adults/ persons the place is OK, keeping in mind there is only one bathroom! For how much it’s cost, maybe a bit more then what it’s worth, but heasy access to the beautiful beach couldn’t be nicer.

Just beachy!

The stay was fantastic!! We had pretty much everything we needed besides cooking oil and ziplock baggies. I will say, it was quite cold when you first got to the house. I completely understand saving money on heating, so I’m not necessarily complaining here, just giving a heads up! We wore our coats for the first couple hours as we had all the heaters going to warm the place up a bit. The location and quick access to the beach couldn’t be better! The house was quite cozy! We decided to stay upstairs. The led lights and fireplace set a nice ambiance for sleeping. Fenced backyard was amazing to have for our dog! Would have loved to have had a fire in the fire pit…but we didn’t really have the best weather consistently for it. The hot tub was really nice to have on these cold February days. It even ended up snowing one of the days we were there!

Great stay however little’s some TLC !

Our family stayed 4 nights and did enjoy our stay. Communication with the owner was always fast and he seemed friendly and even allowed us to check in a couple hours early. Super helpful when traveling with small children. The location was fantastic and such a beautiful and easy walk down to the water. Even though the sq footage was small the use of space and the overall feel of the house seem much larger which was very nice. The new kitchen table in the dining room was much enjoyed with our family of five. Having on site full capacity washer and dryer was truly a lifesaver! The huge TV in the living room was perfect for night time movies (only after figuring out how to turn the thing on for of course) lots and lots of blankets we sure did appreciate this as we were short of space in our SUV so not having to haul a bunch of our own was helpful. However cleanliness and some TLC to the home and backyard was disappointing! I will give the owner the benefit of the doubt that most likely he doesn’t even understand that this is going on and is in the responsibility of his cleaning company. Please find a new one your cute little home deserves better. To list a few examples but not limited to: Underneath both beds in the home we found thick dog hair and dirt clearly that was accumulated over weeks and weeks of not being touched. My youngest son found a empty bottle of soda underneath the spare bedroom bed. The entertainment center in tv area was literally caked with dust and I mean caked. The hot tub had sand on the bottom before we even had a chance to get in. (most rentals that we have been to actually changes the water with each guest) The sofa desperately needs a deep shampoo and had a musky smell to it. A few doors had locks that either were difficult to use or didn’t work at all. The backyard need some serious TLC with overgrown side area grass/ shrubbery was taller than my two-year-old I was afraid I was going to lose him out in “the jungle”. Parts of the fence were made from cheap barbwire that was sharp on his hands if he was to run up and touch it. I literally had to follow him around everywhere definitely not kid friendly. With all this said the positive communication and the home over all being in a great location with a fair price our family would consider staying here again as long as it was a different cleaning company for sure.
