Features include 2 king beds + 1 double, 2 living areas, full kitchen (no dishwasher), washer/dryer, and a large yard perfect for kids & pets. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after beach days, then relax by the wood stove. A simple, comfortable base for families, friends, and pups.

The cottage sits in a quiet neighborhood with a mix of year-round residents and vacation homes. Just half a block away at Washington Street, you’ll find an easy beach access point—perfect for morning walks, playing in the sand, or soaking up the coastal sunshine.
