2024 newly built, comfortable home that is close to beach, Rockaway Beach, and has a lovely little lake off the back deck. Oversized single car garage, and sleeps 8 comfortably. 5 minute drive to Garibaldi and a 20 minute drive to Cannon Beach. For the children also included is an arcade console loaded with 60 games that were popular in the 80’s. Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, asteroid, pinball, etc
