Step up from the parking area and onto the welcoming front deck, where you can relax, enjoy the sea breeze, and fire up the grill for a beachside barbecue. Inside, the main level greets you with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area bathed in natural light and the soothing sound of nearby waves. It’s a perfect gathering space for sharing meals, playing games, or simply unwinding together.



Three comfortable bedrooms are located on the main level. The first includes an en-suite bathroom that also offers shared access for convenience. A second spacious suite features a queen bed, twin-over-full bunk, and its own en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for a family. This suite also connects to a fantastic game room equipped with a foosball table, TV, books, games, and a cozy couch—sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike. The third bedroom on this floor features a comfy queen bed and is perfect for additional guests.



Upstairs, you'll discover a private bedroom suite with its own bathroom and unique amenities. A converted walk-in closet serves as a quiet workspace with a desk—ideal for guests who may need to check in on work while away. Just a few more steps lead to the crown jewel of the home: an expansive upper deck. Bring out the provided chairs and soak in panoramic views, fresh ocean air, and the serene soundscape of the coast. PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Additional Property Information:

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
