This oceanfront house has sweeping views of the ocean from the inside and out of the beautiful, iconic Twin Rocks. Outside you will also find a large firepit with chairs around it for added warmth at sunset, while miles of beach are just steps away thanks to your own private path. Stroll there during low tide to discover a wide beach asking to be explored and find some sand dollars to immortalize your time in the sand. Whether you go during the day or the evening, be sure to bring the provided beach toys, cooler, and chairs. For fun inside, play a friendly game of Ping-Pong before winding down for the night. Lots of parking is available onsite, easily five plus cars, and ample room for your boat or your trailer filled with your kayaks and gear!

Downtown Rockaway Beach is a short stroll away and offers dining, shopping, groceries, and coffee shops to see. Indulge in the many hiking, fishing, crabbing, and other outdoor activities for your next beach adventure at Salty Mary, right in the heart of it all!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Relaxing

Great beach house with comfortable furnishings and fun outside fire pit area. We enjoyed inside and out. Easy walk around town and wonderful beach location. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was perfect. Dealing with Vacasa was easy. The house was as expected. The cleanliness was a little lacking. There is no bannister in the stairwell.

Uncomfortable bed

Baseboards dirty by Kitchen garbage can. One of the beds in the room with bunk beds very uncomfortable, for an adult. Otherwise, the house was very pleasant and suitable for my family.

Best Location

PROS: The House is in a wonderful location. Quick walking into town and the views are stunning. The house is a good size for all of us to fit comfortably. There seemed to be plenty of dishes and pots pans, although the lids were not fitting all the pans. CONS: The cleanliness is not perfect, but it wasn’t horrible. One drawback is the bed linens and towels stink. They should be bleached not just washed, or use better laundry detergent, or both The bedspreads stink and they need to be washed. That’s the biggest pet peeve that we all have.

The Great Escape

I booked this place in November for a get away from the election. We expected it to be rainy and cold so we wanted to be by the beach so that we could see the ocean from inside. This place has amazing views of the beach/ocean and you can even see Twin Rock from the living room windows! We were lucky and it was mostly sunny so we were able to enjoy the beach. You pretty much step outside and you're at the beach. We also took advantage of the firepit and enjoyed plenty of Smores. The kitchen also had everything we needed to cook with which isn't always the case. Looking forward to staying here again!

Cute house with a spectacular view! The kitchen is outfitted with quality ovenware. The main living space is comfortable and orientated to the view. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck watching the waves. Fun place to vacation!

July Beach Visit

Beautiful view from a roomy and comfortable home. Well equipped for our needs. Could have used coffee filters, a sponge or scrub pad and soap in the showers ( we used the antibacterial hand soap). View was truly incredible as were the sunsets! Overall - awesome and we would stay here again!

Wonderful house on the beach

Wonderful house on the beach with everything you need for a fun family vacation. Lots of extra beach towels, a game room for the kids, and a well stocked kitchen!

Much needed escape!

My family and I took a trip for my girlfriend’s birthday. This location allowed us to bring all three of our dogs and had plenty of space to accommodate us all without feeling cramped. The house, while a few areas could have been cleaner upon arrival, was beautifully decorated and the open floor plan in front of the windows was to die for! Waking up in the mornings and walking out to the ocean pretty much on our doorstep was a dream! The house is a corner lot next to a public opening to the beach so their is a lot of foot traffic with the windows open but if you don’t mind that it’s conveniently located near everything you could need for a perfect getaway!

Perfect Vacation Home

This home is absolutely perfect. It has everything you need in the kitchen, games, and amazing view. It’s right on the path to the beach, and this beach spot has a huge shoreline, great for walking, plenty of room for dogs to play, and a great view of the twin rocks!

Better Than You Think

This is a great beach-front property, even better than the pictures. Don't get me wrong, the pics looked great, but that open floor plan was bigger, and far more comfortable than I would have thought. Seriously, both the couches and captain's chair were very comfortable. The view is pretty amazing, even in overcast raining weather. Access to the beach is right there, and Rockaway is nestled in between a lot of fun and great places to explore from nearby restaurants, shops and outdoor adventures.

Perfect spot!

This property was awesome! I stayed here with some fellow mamas and it provided us with a serene spot to watch the waves and recharge. The open floor plan allowed us to cook and chat. It was a great location and the drive to Cannon Beach for day shopping was only about 40 mins.

Family friendly and welcoming

We really enjoyed this space for the proximity to the beach, the amazing views, the open kitchen and comfy couch, the great big huge bathtub, and the sand for the kids to play on right there on the property. A few notes to management- screen door needs replacing, the way in which it’s breaking makes it difficult to close and almost impossible to open from outside. Area rug in living area had a lot of dog hair and needs a better vacuuming or ditch rugs altogether. All in all, we really enjoyed this space.
