"I had originally booked a room without a beach view but when we got to the motel I wished had, so I asked the owner if there was any way I could change rooms. He was so friendly and accommodating and took us to both the room I reserved and the one he had available facing the beach so we could compare. After seeing the view we of course witched rooms! It only ended up being 130 more for both nights and was so worth it! Especially because most of our visit to the coast was foggy and our second night at Tradewinds was so clear and beautiful we were able to watch the sunset from our bed. The room was perfect and had a little back yard with picnic tables which led out to the beach. Our first night we went to a Mexican food truck (amazing!) and said hi to the owner sitting at his desk and told him we went to one of his suggestions, he asked us if we needed silverware (we did) and he ran back and got some for us. The flowers on the property are beautiful as well. Everything about this place was comfortable and inviting! "

"This is the best house we have chosen so far! Clean lines, new and modern. We celebrated our son’s birthday and watched the teenagers body surf from the hot tub! They loved the upstairs area with their own kitchen bar and tv and games to play. Two decks facing the ocean fire pit below to enjoy. Everyone had their own walk in shower and bedroom to relax in. Gorgeous sunsets, beautiful kitchen and huge island everything was perfect! "

"Booked this motel for a few days - it has all the essentials including a full kitchen and wasn't complicated to navigate. Great for the price and for being a home base while going out to explore or see the ocean. Accommodated me and my service animal without issue. Bed is in a small room with basically only room for the bed itself, but this wasn't an issue. The bedroom does not have a curtain on the window, just blinds, which allows a lot of light in - would prefer a curtain to facilitate sleeping in and naps, but made do without."

"No Tv in cottage, i believe there was one in the lodge across the street but this was perfect for a quiet evening with spouse for some good quality time together and no distractions or interruptions. "
