Family-Friendly: With ample space to explore, the cottage offers a fully fenced yard, perfect for kids and pets to roam freely. We welcome dogs (up to 2) to join in on the fun! (No pet fees means your fur baby stays free!)

Enjoy a leisurely day fishing at the private pond (we have poles, bring your bait) or challenge your family to a round of yard games. Relaxation & Fun: Gather around either fire pit (propane and wood burning, wood NOT provided) for s'mores and stargazing. Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy some outdoor activities, there's something for everyone.

Guest access
At this time access to the home, hot tub, and pond (we have poles. Bring your bait) are available to guests. The pool is closed for the season. No access to the barn. No access to the play set in woods.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used sheets; 3 sets of fitted, flats, and pillow cases in washing machine and begin wash cycle (Detergent provided). Leave remaining used beds unmade. Leave used towels on floor in restroom
Pickup trash and clean out refrigerator/freezer. Place trash in can at end of driveway. Load all used dishes, pot, pans, dog bowls in the dishwasher and start.
Place fishing rods back in rack on the dock. Clean up yard games and place on covered patio. Place covers on grill and outdoor furniture. Place solar pool cover on pool, bubbles down.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

-No cats -No swimming in the pond -No diving in the pool or hot tub
-Dogs cannot be left alone in the house unless they are secured in the dog crate provided or you bring your own. Only one crate is provided.
-Use paw towel provided to wipe off paws. -Use dog blankets provided if allowed on any furniture. -Clean dog waste. Bags are provided on back deck
