He double booked and asked to switch me to one of his other properties which I agreed to. Once I arrived it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. "The property was clean, spacious, kitchen had everything was happy with it and Carlos the manager was nice and helpful. Down side quite a few steps we had trouble with shower temp regulation but may not have been operating right overall very happy"

Besides the conveniences, Leslie is amazing. Great communication, willing to help with whatever you need. And had some items for breakfast there!… which was wonderful after a late night arrival. He is honestly just a wonderful man, and this time was hard to leave! He has become like family. I hope we can return...
