Country Houses in Rockingham County

A very nice B&B to stay at. Great property and staff. Only gripe would be non-functional internet (very poor WiFi signal in the room we were in) - which needs to be fixed.

Hotel was super super clean and the room was spacious. The staff at checking was very friendly. We enjoyed the patio with different seating options, outdoor TVs and even a fire pit. A great stay, I definitely recommend.

We were very pleasantly surprised and impressed. They have done a spectacular job of restoring and decorating. All appointments and furnishings are upscale and first class. Everything is very modern and new. The location is in the middle of downtown and sits atop a very popular Bistro. The parking lot behind them hosts a farmers market every Saturday. Beautiful lobby and great pools.

All I can tell you, I will stay here any and every time I’m in Charlottesville. I’ve stayed here three times in less than a year (first time was during its first week open) and each time is fantastic. The front desk staff are great and I LOVE the bartenders (Eric, Douglas, and Cicely (sp?). Until next time!

Great location to stay and take advantage of the hiking options in the George Washington National Forest

Friendly staff, good location. Breakfast could have been better for the price. Scrambled eggs were dry. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I can say about the hotel is that it would be better if they did not charge for the breakfast. The breakfast was great, but with so many other hotels offering breakfast it just seemed a bit much to have to pay for the meal. The wait staff in the dining area was great, but with it being a buffet, I felt like there were too many staff members there. Other than this, the hotel is wonderful!!!!!

We recently stayed at the Cave Hill Farm B & B and thoroughly enjoyed it! The room was clean and the furniture very comfortable. Food was excellent and the Innkeepers, Omar and Hannah were very kind and friendly. Great place!

The room was great - king bed, nice bathroom, small kitchen with large fridge, toaster, stove - everything we needed to comfortably eat breakfast and snacks in our room (since it's Covid and don't want to eat in public). And free parking in downtown was great!

We were only overnight, but we were really pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot and cold dishes. We really liked the fresh fruit offering. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The location is convenient. The rooms are well kept and staff is friendly!

We spent 3 nights at the brand new hotel for our daughters JMU Graduation. The staff was so accomadating and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are great sizes. The kitchenette was a huge help with all of the celebrating we did all weekend. We will stay there when we go back for a football game in the fall! Thank you for the great weekend.

Very nice stay

This was just an overnight stop on our way home but we enjoyed the hotel. It was recently renovated and was very nice, very clean. I like the laminate flooring in the room. (Hotel carpet can be questionable) We would stay there again.

Great little gem. Clean comfortable rooms with lovely terraces. Bright open pool and lawn area. Will stay agai !
