"The location was quiet. View was nice. Floors need updated and carpets cleaned. Shower head in front bathroom needs cleaned or replaced, tub needs refinished. Owner was nice and easy to talk to. I think could use some curtains and new sheets. Porch furniture needs to be cleaned and porch is unuseable in the rain. It is a basement apartment was musty when we first got therebbut lysol abd sented candles helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but definitely needs lots of updates throughout. "

There was a Keurig, not coffee maker as advertised. It was sufficient for our two day stay. We had a great visit to Boston. The house location was easy driving to the harbor walk and seaport district. We were able to Uber relatively cheap to Fenway and downtown Boston. It was overall a good experience with this host. ...
