You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Canal located just feet away from back patio

We have an 800-foot fishing pier located behind the condo building. It is available for your fishing needs or use it to take a stroll to view the bay. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the Kontiki Beach Resort building and the condos behind it. Walk by to fish, socialize, bring your boat and take it out to Aransas Bay. It is located at the end of the building. Follow the sail around the condo building toward the back side and you will find your way into Aransas Bay. This bridge connects families, friends, and neighbors to get closer while sharing experiences. There are fish cutting stations on the piers, and barbecue grills for outdoor cooking.
