Charming Cottage With Ocean Views and Balcony off Bedroom

Wake up to the sunrise over the ocean from your king-sized bed and enjoy coffee overlooking the ocean on your private balcony. A charming beach cottage with wonderful views of the ocean from the bedroom, balcony and living area. The bedroom is accessible up a spiral staircase. There is a full sized washer and dryer on the second floor. The cottage features an open first floor set up: a galley kitchen that leads into the living space with a couch and flatscreen TV (Roku access). This area gives way to the dining area which looks out to the yard and the ocean beyond that. The sofa is a pullout which can accommodate an additional guest. The bathroom is on the first floor and has just been renovated. Comes with one parking spot - off-street parking in the driveway. Rental includes the use of a grill, firepit, 2 cruiser bikes and 2 kayaks. Includes washer/ dryer. The cottage is located on a property with another cottage. Please Note: The cottage is one of two on the same property and shares a yard with the other house.

Location! Location! Location!
The small property was just right for my hubby and I. The beautiful rocky beach right across the street was stunning! Had it been warmer, we would have left windows open to hear the waves! We were within pretty easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and our hosts were welcoming and attentive.
