"Each morning the sun glistened off the ocean giving the start of your new day a perfect beginning. Plenty of sun and shade are available all day long. The back deck, upper deck porch, and lawn offer picture perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. The three floors offer plenty of room and privacy should you want to catch a nap or quiet time. Front Beach in Rockport is a 5 min drive or a 20 minute walk. Six adults and two grand children (1 and 3) lived comfortably. This was our saw second stay and...

Everyone was able to have their own bathroom, which allowed for privacy. "lovely experience-the hosts have thought of everything with this gorgeous condo-extremely well appointed kitchen with every utensil imaginable and an abundant choice of pots,pans,dishes and glassware to match any taste;the beds are comfortable and the rooms are furnished with enough chairs,sofas and stools to accommodate multiple conversation areas-everything is high end and the location is perfect for whatever activity suits anyone’s taste-we’ll definitely return"

"The property was very nice but there were a few glitches. The AC in the primary bedroom wasn't functioning when we arrived. We were able to determine that the outlet it was plugged into was dead. It was the hottest week of the year and we felt the Mgt company should have checked on this before we arrived. The grill was brand new but three of four of us were unable to get it to generate a strong flame. We called the Mgt Company and they first said there was something wrong with it and it would...
