10/10 Excellent
"David met us at the property and he was early. He showed us around and demonstrated how to use pool equipment. He also stopped by mid morning the next day to see if we had any questions. Both hosts communicated quickly when we had questions. This is one of the best properties our family has ever rented. A great place with stuff to do in all kinds of weather and for all ages. The pool and nice kitchen/dining setup were highlights."

"The house is absolutely lovely and the historical elements of the property enhanced our experience in Hannibal, especially for our grandchildren. The host was helpful and very responsive. The house was well stock, clean and close to attractions. We very much enjoyed our stay."
Hannibal House ~ Walking Distance From Historic District
10/10 Excellent
"Overall this house was a great place to stay. We were a group of 11 and there was lots of room for everyone. The rooms were nicely decorated. Lots of fans in each room and lots of clean towels. Host was very responsive to messages. Backyard was fenced but there is not gate so it is open."
The Library, a 1-bedroom apartment in Hannibal awaits your visit.
8/10 Good
"Property was in perfect location for our stay. The stairs were steep, so lugging our bags was cumbersome, but that is no reflection of the host. We had inquired about an early check in, but received no response from the host on that. The little extra touches in the kitchen (snacks and breakfast items) and the restroom area (all sorts of extra travel size toiletries if we had forgotten anything) were a really nice touch. The unit was cute and very functional. Renovating that space into a short term rental was a very creative idea! We enjoyed being in walking distance to all that historic downtown offered. We would not hesitate to book this property again, if we are back in the area."
"It is a bargain, and the location to the Mark Twain area is excellent for walking or driving would be a great place to be our Fourth of July celebration and any other time. It’s really set up for a family with adults, older children, and a lot of kids cause they’ve got a lot of sleeping here even though we only use two beds. I would recommend the host as he is pretty communicative and a couple of problems we had or easily solved with that communication. There is a great washer and dryer microwave refrigerator lots of coffee options in a great TV with Option. Enjoy your stay it’s reasonable. It’s not priced real high and for the value that we put into it. It was exactly what we expected and glad we went. probably go again when we go back to Hannibal I am a native Hannibal so I’m speaking from that perspective. Make sure you do the steps to the lighthouse and remember that the guy that you stayed in his house, actually lived in that little tiny house right next to the blanket."
