"Employees went above and beyond great customer service. They truly acted like they cared if you were doing okay or not. The free breakfast and dinner were also delicious. Clean rooms. Clean hotel. Can't recommend enough. I will definitely stay here again if going to Charlotte. It's nice to find a hotel that cares so much about getting everything right for the guests. Thank you."

"Nice experience. There is a sign in the parking lot to make sure your car is clear of any valuables… I'm assuming there's a reason for that. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Location is easy to find for someone who is traveling from out of town. After checkout, I kept getting notifications from the hotel chain under the wrong first and last name, though. So that was a bit concerning/strange. I hope Nikki also enjoyed her visit. "

"Stayed in a premium 2 bed Queen Suite for 5 people. It was clean, beds very comfy and an overall nice room. Plenty of space for 5 adult women. Only complaint is the temp of the room seemed to fluctuate a lot."

Your favorite purveyor of premium puns and expert navigator of the interstate highway system is here to talk about a little place we stayed at recently: the Quality Inn Concord Kannapolis right here in Concord, NC. And let me tell you, this place was more than just a inn-teresting stop, it was positively suite! We were on a little road trip, you see, and after a long day of driving (I told the wife we were making good time, she just sighed), we needed a place to rest our weary heads. We pulled up to the Quality Inn, and the first thing I noticed was... well, it looked like a hotel! Haha! But seriously, it had a nice curb appeal. I almost asked the building, "Hey, are you single? Because you look suiteable!" Still working on that one. Checking in was a breeze. The folks at the front desk were friendly and efficient. They didn't check out my jokes, but they did get us our keys quickly. I told the clerk, "I hope our room is clean, because I'm tired of dirty looks!" He just smiled. I think he appreciated my commitment to comedy. We got up to the room, and it was just what the doctor ordered! It was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The bed looked so inviting, I wanted to jump right in! But I restrained myself. I didn't want to make a scene! Get it? Make a... never mind. The pillows were fluffy, the sheets were crisp... I knew I was going to get a good night's sleep in! This room was definitely a rest stop for success! "

"Satisfied with my stay! I arrived several hours early and they accommodated my early check-in, which was a life-saver since I was exhausted. The room was clean, breakfast was pretty good, and hotel was in walking distance to several food options. Only disappointment was the floors in room felt like they could've been cleaned a bit better, racks for towel was unstable, paint in room needed a proper touchup, and pool was under-maintenance. Other than that, price was very good for a weekend where most hotels were fully booked throughout town. "
