"Unfortunately right after we checked in and moved our stuff inside, the AC motor blew. 82 degrees inside and over 100 outside - all of us and the host agreed we wouldn't be able to last there over a 3-day weekend. Fortunately, even with a rodeo in town, we land room at a local hotel so we had a cool place to rest our heads all weekend. From the limited time we were on site it is as described, roomy, and obviously well taken care of. The host was very apologetic and worked swiftly to resolve the issue."

"We came in town with friends for the Coleman Rodeo and spent the weekend at this darling, comfortable, clean cottage with all the amenities. The beds were comfy. The layout of the house is great for a group. The hosts were very responsive and had a great instruction book with everything we needed for the house and nearby attractions. The outdoor decks, soaking pool with waterfall, and lights at night set the perfect mood day and night. We highly recommend Centennial Inn."

"We loved our stay here! Walking into the house brought back so many memories of time with my grandparents and my childhood. We would definitely stay again! Things to know before you go: the front of the house (where the main bedroom is) faces a very busy street. Make sure you take some sort of white noise with you so you are able to sleep well at night. Also, the lighting in the bathroom, along with the black walls, is not very bright. We were staying at the house before a wedding and had I not taken my own lighted magnifying mirror there is no way I would have been able to put make-up on in the bathroom lighting. These things are not negatives at all, just things to plan ahead for. The host is very great at communicating and helped us along our stay. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Coleman."

"Four brothers (60’s&70’s) that take a week long fishing trip every year…none of which wish to sleep in a bed with another! We made this place work nicely. One in the bed. One on the sofa. Two on air mattresses on the floor! Very well equipped kitchen….we didn’t discover the toaster built into the microwave for two days! Very nice big TV. Very cozy front porch. Plent of parking for boats. Just a few minutes from Elm Creek Marina.we did cut our stay short by a day due to weather."

"If your going to fish this is the spot. Very great place very good price! Location is a walk from the boat ramp. Right on water. Locals are very friendly. My only suggestion is to make sure you have gas and necessities before arriving and the route we took was very desolate just make sure you dont getin a bind otger than that heck yes!"

"We only stayed one night but would have been happy staying longer. The the house and furnishings were clean, pleasant, and well-thought-out. Our group (four adults, one baby, and one dog) was very comfortable."

"The house is just as the pictures show. It is very quaint and configurable. The location of the house is easy to access. The neighborhood looks questionable, but it is very safe with the police department being close by. I would definitely stay there again. Give this little place a shot it well worth the price."
