"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We reported that the toilet in our room was overflowing, which is clearly an emergency situation as it made the bathroom unusable. The staff told us there was no maintenance available and that the hotel was fully booked. I insisted that this was urgent, and they said they would call someone. After waiting for quite some time with no response, I had to call again. This time, they told me they didn’t know how long it would take for anyone to come. In the end, no one ever showed up, and no alternative solution was offered. It felt like the staff simply didn’t care about the situation or our comfort at all. Very poor service and a frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here."

"Shampoo in shower was empty and shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed because rod was coming out of wall. Light over stove and desk lamp were out. End tables were chipped. Metal strip elevator door slides on was filthy. Hotels.com should drop this hotel from their offerings. "
