"Location was superb for skiing. Overall very happy because that is what we came for. Free shuttle for guests was great. Pool and hot tubs were very nice. Suite was clean but tired. Looked old. Shower drain was sluggish. Water pressure was very low. Shades in master bedroom were broken and could not be lowered to block out the light. Maintenance was very responsive but not much they could do. The in-house grocery / Starbucks was terrible. Extremely expensive and terrible food. No prices on anything except the beer, which was $8 a can. I would recommend this as a great location for ski-in, ski-out accommodations but it is not a four star hotel."

"This was a large 1 bedroom unit with all the amenities and a nice gas fireplace. Perfect location to slopes and downtown. Will book again for sure. "

"I did not have any communication with a host only the front desk person at the lodge. She was very pleasant and very helpful which is why I gave it a five star. The location was very good. My only complaint was that this was not a functional kitchen. The stove had all the temperature settings worn off on the knobs to control the stove top so you had to guess the temperatures at which to cook your food. There was not one sharp knife, only Serrated steak knives and a serrated, larger kitchen knife. If you just wanted to bring in takeout food and reheat it, it was perfect but if you really like to cook, it was really a struggle. I would not describe it as a fully functional kitchen, it was very minimal. Refrigerator was very nice. Worked well. Kitchen space was very nice. The granite was very pretty. We had a wonderful time in spite of the kitchen shortcomings. We would definitely stay again."

"The condo was exactly as represented. It was beautiful and in a great location. The only downside was the One Ski Hill staff. They were unfriendly and unhelpful. They answered a number of our requests with a bad attitude and with the wrong information i.e where to park before check in and info re: ski valet. They even refused to give a key to my daughter who was arriving during the day while we were out. I will be separately reviewing the hotel on a general website due to the poor treatment. This had nothing to do with the condo and condo hosts and would stay there again!"

"Great ski in/out location on green slope near base of Peak 8. Convenient to base area, cross country skiing, and town. Home was as advertised: nicely configured, well-maintained, clean, and very well equipped. Everything we needed was always already there. Structure of home made it easy to both gather together and to find quiet. Host Jane Hamilton was thoughtful, a great communicator, and very responsive to requests."
