"There was a Sports Gambling parlour & Ladies' Spa & Tanning salon on bldg ground floor (photo)- those places looked sleazy. The Apart sign at location read Apart Hotel "Boarding House" (photo). A Boardinghouse suggests a different type of clientele than a guest hotel. Do not recall online listing as Boardinghouse, only Hotel when I booked it. "Was promised air conditioned room at booking. There was none. Had to call upon arrival for access instructions. Housekeeping very good: helpful, clean & timely. A bit overpriced for value. Great location."
