"A used sanitary product was found in our room when we arrived that was not ours, staff were made aware and could not have cared less which made us question the cleanliness of the room and whether the sheets had even been changed due to this and the thick layer of dust in the room Food was beyond poor we stopped eating from the hotel, staff would not let you into the dining area without a room card despite them having a sheet of room numbers and names, and the wristbands you are made to wear Internet had no connection Hotel also accepted 3 large groups of 40+ school kids during our stay which was extremely off putting Environment was chaotic, there were queues to get into the dining area and kids running riot every time you went in Storage in the rooms was also limited there was no where to put suitcases as they do not fit under the bed and rooms were extremely noisy (potentially due to the large groups of school kids)"

Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and well-organized. All the amenities were excellent and worked exactly as expected. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the quality of this property. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to improve. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
