Incredibly unique experience

What an unforgettable place, with the wall of a fortress as a wall of the apartment. The area is very authentic; feels as though you've stepped back in time. We loved the history and character in Rodemack and highly recommend! The only drawbacks are the pullout bed's mattress was thin and rather uncomfortable and the internet is slow, but those are minor complaints. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the espresso machine is fabulous. This is a one-of-a-kind stay! Impressive!

Besondere Unterkunft mit Abstrichen

Es tut uns leid, eine nicht so gute Bewertung zu schreiben, obwohl die Unterkunft augenscheinlich wunderschön ist. Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht Kleinkindertauglich. Die Brüstung der oberen Etage ist so unsicher konzipiert, dass ein Kleinkind von oben herunter fallen kann. Das zweite Zimmer ist nicht separat, sondern in die gesamte Wohnung integriert, sodass das Kleinkind im Elternschlafzimmer schlafen muss, um am Abend in Ruhe schlafen zu können. Dies hat unseren Urlaub in Teilen unentspannt gemacht. Darüber hinaus, ist die Küche zum Kochen schlecht ausgestattet. Es fehlt an Waage, Pürierstab, Mixer, Messbecher und Schälmessern. Der Kühlschrank und das Gefrierfach schließen schlecht. Trotz Hochsommer ist es sehr kühl und vor allem feucht und nur mit einem sehr lauten Gebläse vom Pelletofen regulierbar. Wie dies im Herbst/Winter gehen soll, ist uns ein Rätsel. Die Sauberkeit bei Bezug war verbesserungswürdig. Das Geschirr und die Küche waren okay. Die Böden nicht. Leider waren auch Decken im Wohnzimmer ungewaschen und rochen stark nach Hund. Das Gästeklo roch nach Schimmel und dieser war auf den Fliesen sichtbar. Der Kleiderschrank im eh schon sehr kleinen Schlafzimmer war teils abgeschlossen und der offene Teil mit Decken und Bettzeug voll, sodass nicht beide Erwachsenen ihre Kleidung in den Schrank räumen konnten.
