"The staff was among the best I’ve ever seen. Bernadette, Alex, and especially Serena made our stay extra special. Serena helped sketch out different hiking plans for us each day, based on Weather and our interests. She drilled down to the most specific details to ensure we knew how to get around and accomplish our goals. I’d also like to call out Barbara in food service. "This hotel is really special. The staff is always smiling, very friendly and helpful. This is a dog friendly hotel. The rooms are very spacious and have lots of interesting amenities like Suanas, exercise equipment and huge balconies. Surprisingly a huge breakfast, dinner and parking were included in our room rate. I can't say enough good things about this property. I highly recommend "
