"Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! "Après un très bon accueil de la part de nos hôtes nous avons pu profiter du calme de l'appartement afin de nous reposer de la route.Dès le lendemain et les jours suivants visite de la ville que nous avons trouvé très belle. l'appartement est situé à 10 mn du centre ville. un seul petit regret, il a fait très chaud et de ce fait nous n'avons pas pu rayonner autour de Rodez comme prévu. Ce n'est que partie remise nous retournerons à Rodez. en conclusion nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour...
