Some details though need to be addressed: The property is run down in places and needs some renovation, especially the outdoor window blinds are heavy and you could break a finger moving them to close. "PROS: This is a beautiful home and property. The yard is huge and I imagine it would have been lovely to spend time outside (it was rainy while we were there.) The house comfortably hosted 2 families (one with 2 kids, one with 1) with a set up of a bathroom per 2 bedrooms, which worked nicely.
