"Front desk staff is hit or miss. Some were very helpful. Asking several individuals seemed like you were putting them out, example was a plastic bottle of water. Again, others were delightful. The property itself is excellently maintained and well located. Really a beautiful property."

"The rooms smell like smoke. I suspect either People still smoke in the rooms or they haven't change the furniture since it was disallowed in France. There were some cigarettes holes in couch. I was there during a terrible heatwave and the hotel had no solution for the heat. Staff wanted to help but ..."
