Property is a one level home with level driveway. Back patio has stairs that lead down to yard.

- Quiet hours 10pm - 8am. Please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors especially when you are outside.
- Please do not let your pet on the furniture (You can bring a clean sheet/blanket for them to lay on). If there is any excessive dog hair, stains or damage to the linens or furniture, there will be fees applied to compensate for additional necessary cleaning.
