"When we arrived, staff was friendly, helped us find a great place to eat. Restaurants and about anything else a person could need were steps away. We had 2 dogs, very accommodating for them. Shower and tub were nice. A good value all around. "

The TV didn’t work,we left the one lamp on and the bathroom lights in the event...

"Property undergoing renovations. So hopefully the disorder will be cleared soon. It was disturbing to have been placed in the room where a HUGE construction trash container was placed in front of the window. No visibility to the PKG area or my car. This is a safety concern as well."

"There was no curtain on the window or for the shower. The TV only got one channel and would shut off after a couple of minutes. There was no soap or toilet paper. The manager made very little effort however the housekeeper took a great deal of effort to make the room work for me. She personally put up a window curtain, a shower curtain, and brought me toilet paper. If not for her efforts I would not have stayed."

"The property is undergoing "rejuvenation "....the outside is a mess with various odd jobs occuring. The front desk has no clue as to what room we were assigned to. The worse hotel experience of my life. We had two nights prepaid.. Left as soon as we could get out after the first night. The front desk could not give me a receipt because they had two different names registered in the room we were in..could not find our name in the computer. They should be closed down."

"I would not recommend this hotel. Pictures are not accurate of the rooms. There was barely any furniture in the room, I got a suite. Towels were dirty, blood stain on lamp shade and ceiling. A very right part of town to stay in, I didn’t feel very safe at all. Front desk staff seemed to be high on something and check in took too long. Staff not dressed professionally. You get what you pay for, I was very disappointed - avoid if you can. "

"Knights Inn is a solid and safe choice if you're just passing through and need a night to stay. Many food options are nearby. The room is quiet until the next door car dealership opens and pipes announcements on the loudspeaker. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We were visiting Morristown for a family wedding. We made our reservations at this hotel in January 2023 and paid by credit card at that time. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed by the front desk lady that they would not accept the rate that was listed on hotels.com. They said that Econolodge rejected the price and cancelled our reservation. (I had called Econolodge 2 hours before we checked in to confirm our reservation and they confirmed the reservation.) ...

"We had family in the area and this was a very quiet and comfortable place for our family to stay while visiting. Very gracious and kind host."
