Great option for accommodation the night before our charter from Marina Frappa. The room was spacious and staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and breakfast were lovely. My only (small) complaints were that we had some ants in the room and that there were not any elevators to our room which was challenging with large luggage.

The hotel is nicely situated by a shingle beach, with several swimming pools to choose from. It's a pleasant half hour level walk into Rogoznica, which is worth doing. The less than good issue was that the air con in our allotted room was not working so we raised this with reception ; when we came back later they said it had been fixed, but this was not true. They then had to check the a/c in 3 other rooms before finding one that worked so we could move ourselves . . . and I don't recall hearing anything even close to an apology

We loved our stay at Hotel Perla. The staff was amazing and the property was very nice, relaxing and not overcrowded with visitors. Not to mention, the beach is only about 25 yards from the hotel (with a beach bar only 15 yards from the hotel). The only challenge we encountered (as Americans) was the limitations of the Air Conditioning system in our room. As we have experienced several times in Europe, their AC systems are set up to cool to about 75-78 degrees. Even with the help/efforts from the staff, our room only got to about 75 (at the coolest). That said, we survived. I must mention that the staff was super kind and other amenities of the Hotel made up for the AC’s shortcomings… Oh, the food at Hotel Perla was excellent, best Italian food I’ve had in the region (sorry Italy)! Thank you Hotel Perla, y’all were amazing! Now, it’s back to Texas;-) David

you can get food only in specific hours when the restaurant is open, other than that no food at all in the hotel or it's vicinity, making it hard for guests coming in from flighta. when the food is available it is very fresh and good, the staff is nice and helpful

I thought the service of the Argentinian staff was fantastic but apart from that the other staff was below the standards what I required as we paid over £300 a night. The windows were dirty and the bed had hair in it the first night we got there

Trevligt hotell med vänlig personal och fin strand

Trevligt hotell med mycket trevlig personal. Bokade standardrum med delvis havsutsikt men fick tyvärr ett rum på kortsidan av byggnaden som vette ut mot vägen så var störande trafikljud dygnet runt. Sängarna kunde varit lite bättre också. Annars var allt mycket bra. Fina pooler och en fin strand.

Das Hotel Perla hat uns absolut begeistert. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und sehr gemütlich.Wir hatten einen herrlichen Meerblick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Mein Zimmer wurde leider nicht gereinigt. Das wurde zwar abends auf meine Bitte hin nachgeholt, aber es ist trotzdem unangenehm. Zimmer mit Meerblick war zunächst ein Parkplatz und einiger Müll und danach das Meer. Es wurde nicht gesagt das vor dem Hotel gebaut wird. Bereits morgens um 7 Uhr haben sich die Hotelmitarbeiter direkt vor meinem Zimmer lautstark unterhalten.

Skønt ophold med fantastisk hjælpsomt personale. Vi havde værelse med udsigt og det var det hele værd. Poolen er varm og skøn og der er 3 pools så der er lidt for alle. Den ene pool var rolig og luksus for folk der ville kunne ligge og dase i vandet og til forældre par med små babyer hvor de skulle lære at være trygge i vandet. En anden pool der var dybere hvor teenagere kunne hoppe i og være vilde og den sidste var blandet lidt af det hele. Der var selvfølgelig de typer der skal spørge pladser ved poolen men i den uge hvor vi var der, var der alligevel masser af ledige solstole på alle tider af dagen og det var slet ikke nødvendigt at folk gik ned og spærrede pladser. Det eneste vi har som de gerne må ændre er kaffen til morgenmaden. Den er fra en Ness kaffe maskine og smagte ikke godt men de har heldigvis personale klar som kunne lave en skøn kop kaffe /cafelatte /cappochino så alt var så perfekt

Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. In einem unserer 2 Zimmer stand von Anfang an ein Ventilator, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat und in dem anderen Zimmer hat die nur bis auf 25 C gekühlt und nachts ab 1Uhr gar nicht mehr. Mehrmals mussten wir dieses an der Rezeption bemängeln. Es wurde versprochen, dass man sich darum kümmern würde-die letzte Nacht durften wir dann in anderen Zimmern verbringen, damit wir wenigstens 1 von 6 Nächten schlafen konnten. Die Minibar-Kühlschränke haben minimal gekühlt. Die Liegen wurden von vielen Gästen schon abends oder vor dem Frühstück reserviert, benutzt wurden sie dann erst am Nachmittag. An der Rezeption hieß es, die werden sich was überlegen. Ansonsten ist es ein schönes und sauberes Hotel, Parkplätze ausreichend und direkt am Hotel. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Poolbereich und Service waren super. Mitarbeiter haben ihr Bestes gegeben, auch wenn das Problem mit der Klimaanlage nicht gelöst werden konnte.
