  • The luxury villa Jasmin is located in the central part of Rogoznica which is a popular tourist destination near Trogir and Split. This luxury villa can accommodate up to 10 people what makes it ideal for families and friends on their vacation in Croatia. The luxury villa Jasmin has a private heated swimming pool, nice sundeck with beach chairs and a sauna.
    On the outside area is a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your friends and family.
    The interior is furnished to a high standard level. The cozy living room has a fireplace and also a glass door leading to the terrace with pool. Here on the ground floor, you will also find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Our extended family loved our stay in the Villa- Rogoznica was our favorite part of our 11 day trip to Croatia after busy stays in Dubrovnik and Split. The Villa was as advertised- plenty of room, an awesome pool and surrounded by lovely beaches and fabulous restaurants just a quick walk away. The hosts could not have been nicer, were responsive to all requests. English was tricky until the internet was restarted upon our arrival, but responsiveness and willingness to help were first rate. The immediate area is just a beautiful island at the end of a causeway with all we wanted or needed close to hand- we never felt the need to leave for the 5 days we were there- there was always something for everyone whether it was lounging by the pool, the restaurants, walking around the island and jumping off the rocks or hanging at the nearby beach just below the property.

Wir hatten ein Super Zeit in der Villa. Die Stadt Rogoznica ist sehr klein aber schön. Meine liebsten Teile des Hauses waren der Pool mit einem fantastischen Meerblick und die Sauna.

Perfekte Destination

Ein super Appartement mit einem großartigen Balkon. Allein auf dem Balkon könnte man gut und gerne zehn Tage verbringen. Auch Rogoznica ist absolut zu empfehlen, sowohl als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge durch Dalmatien als auch als Ort, den es zu entdecken gilt.

Absolutely wonderful!

The hosts were absolutely wonderful !! they made us feel comfortable right from when we got there. the house is excellent and the view and the beach were fantastic (the house is bang on the beach) !! Rogoznica is a wonderful and beautiful place, good restaurants in town, it is around 40 mins drive to split and 25 mins to Trogir !!

Amazing house and hosts

The Villa was a perfect place for us to relax and spend some quiet time. The communication was exceptional; we had a moment where we thought that one of us had lost his passport after checking out -The owner kindly went to the place and look around again, but it turned out he just misplaced and found some time after we rang them.

Amazing Villa

The place is as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The water is crystalline. It is really close to the market, butchery and the restaurants. Among the attractions that are nearby, I recommend visiting the dragon's eye. One important observation is that you need to register yourself when you arrive.

Beautiful huge house in perfect location

My wife and I and her family flew from Florida & are on vacation in Croatia to visit family and attend her cousin's wedding. We wanted to spend some time on the coast for a few days so we found this house on Home Away and had the best time. Antonija was there to greet us and show us the house and was very helpful and friendly. This house is much bigger than it appears in pictures. Huge kitchen, spacious bedrooms, great lounge downstairs with a sauna and obviously the pool is a big hit. We grilled out all the time and enjoyed ourselves everyday. It's a short walk to all the nightlife, restaurants/cafes and the market. Highly recommend it. Rogoznica is fantastic we'll be back in the future and staying at Villa Jasmin.
