Very beautiful house "Lynn", 2 storeys. 8.5 km from the centre of Rogoznica, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (30 m2, seasonal availability: 17.May. - 13.Sep.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. 250 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Podorljak" 3.4 km, pebble beach 6 km. Marina 9 km. Please note: airfield 29 km from the property. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
3-room house 86 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), fan. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Large balcony 20 m2. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: mosquito net, hair dryer.
