"We had an amazing stay, just one night, which was way to short. This is the best place by far to relax, but also being close to everything in Newport. A very cozy room to stay, perfect happy hour and breakfast next morning, super sweet hosts (Brandon and Frost). We can’t wait to be back and next time hopefully for a bit longer. "

"Didn't realize they don't clean the room if you stay more than one night, asked for extra towels and were brought old possible pool towels. Room wasn't very clean; heat source was outdated as well as the room."

Clean, nice size refrigerator that is cold, microwave, great desk for working and a comfortable office chair. Nice TV and internet connection made this a fortunate selection for a 19 day work trip.
