Welcome to Island Time, a brand new 4 bedroom luxury house situated on the beautiful Flamingo Bay beach! Island Time is one of 3 brand new homes that make up the "Stay Exuma" brand. www.stayexuma.com

As soon as you enter the house you will notice the amazing blue-sapphire water that is steps away. Put your bags down and get ready to enjoy one of the greatest vacations you will ever have.

Island Time offers two Ocean facing King Master suites, along with 2 additional King suites with bunk beds. All rooms are equipped with their own private bathroom. The two King Master suites offer a bathroom that will make you feel like you are in a luxurious spa!
Island Time offers breathtaking views from every angle with large sliding doors and windows that bring the outside in. No one feels left out of the conversation with the open floor plan. If you decide to eat in, you won’t be disappointed. This gourmet kitchen is fitted with top of the line stainless steel appliances. In the cabinets you will find plenty of plates, cups, pots & pans, and anything else needed to make yourself a delicious dinner. The oversized island makes it easy for prepping meals or enjoying a drink with family & friends. Enjoy sitting at the large island or have the whole family enjoy a meal at the dining table.
Take a step outside and enjoy all the outdoor living. The pool is large enough for the whole family, take a swim or just enjoy sitting on those lounge chairs on the tanning ledge. Relax under the covered porch or take a few more steps to the Gazebo where you could use a state of the art grill, pour your self a drink, or just sit and feel like you are on your own private island.
Take a stroll on the beautiful white sandy beach that encompass Flamingo Bay or feel free to enjoy the Clear Kayaks and paddle board that are provided.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. The location is ideal with a perfect beach right off the pool. Beds were so comfy, bathrooms and kitchen luxurious, no detail was forgotten. We are definitely coming back. Paul was so helpful.

Beautiful house with amazing views! The amenities were awesome. The pool is beautiful, plenty of things to do at the house for days! There are clear kayaks to use, snorkels, life jackets, beach chairs! The kitchen and living space are great. The beds are very comfortable!

We had an amazing time while staying at Island Time. The house was beautiful, very clean and had all the comforts of home! It was great having a pool and the ocean! I loved having two full sized refrigerators as well as two washers and dryers! Loved having all of the different color Yetis, and great beach towels!Thank you!

My family of 8 adults spent 6 nights in Great Exuma at Island Time. It was a magical trip and highlighted by such a beautiful, cozy, modern home! Every detail is perfection. Patrick, the house manager, was very attentive and helped us immediately if we were in need. Our itinerary included a private excursion with Exuma water sports / rented a boat and spent the day at The Coconut Club and Chat n Chill on Stocking Island/ a Hydrosports water bike ride through the Lazy River/ fun beach day at Cocoplum beach/ and much time by our own beautiful pool and walks on the gorgeous beach outside our door! We are already talking with friends about booking Island Time for a couples trip! Thank you Paul for sharing your home.

This beautiful home put the lux in luxury! The kitchen is perfectly stocked with small touches like the Yeti cups, kitchen towels, a huge assortment of wine glasses, cooking utensils, and spices. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and comfortable with a spa-like feel. We had 8 adults but there is room enough for kiddos. The robes are a lovely touch. Paul is an incredible host, provided loads of great info in advance of our trip and checked in to see how our week was going. Some of these “extras” sound simple but you normally would not find beach towels, snorkel gear, sunscreen, bug spray, 2 washers, dryers and fridges, Kleenex, and a wonderful welcome gift in a typical VRBO. Thank you, Paul, for the perfect week!

We loved this vacation! House is gorgeous, super spacious and equipped with everything needed. Beautiful pool and awesome lounge chairs, right on the beach. And the beach is breathtaking!!! We loved our morning walks after coffee, and late afternoon walks to get drinks from Peninsula Bar or Coco Plum Bistro. Everything was amazing!

This place is like a slice of heaven on earth. So beautiful and relaxing. The condo was extremely clean, had all the kitchen/bath items we needed, beautifully decorated, pool was super nice, and the ocean views were stunning. Easy to get to, and the town is actually not far at all with a decent amount of things to do. We loved our stay here and would definitely go back.

My family (4 adults and 2 kids) just spent a week in Exuma and stayed here at Island Time. The house is beautiful and very clean (which is important to me). It’s right on the water with beach access and the kids loved having the pool. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. He truly thought of everything when furnishing this home. The location was great for us! I highly recommend staying here and hope to book again next year.

Our family couldn't be happier with our decision to rent Island Time, it is probably the nicest house we have ever rented. The house was stocked with everything we needed... not that we stayed inside much. The outdoor space was perfect, from the Gazebo, lounge chairs, pool chairs, grill, and the clear Kayak & paddle board (huge hit with the whole family). We will definitely be coming back!

Finding the perfect vacation spot for my husband and I is always a top priority when leaving our little ones behind, and let me tell you, this house absolutely nailed it! From the moment we arrived, the stunning views of the ocean had us all in awe, and the crystal-clear waters were breathtaking. This property is the epitome of a luxury vacation. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a house that was impeccably designed, with beautiful furnishings, and breathtaking panoramic views that will leave you in awe. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, the house was very clean, and the pool/outdoor living area is literally to die for. I was also pleasantly surprised with how much there was to do within the town as well. My kids had a great time and weren’t bored once! We lacked nothing. This rental is the perfect blend of elegance and relaxation. It was an amazing trip and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend staying here. In fact, I don’t think I’ll be back UNLESS I stay here! It was that perfect!!!! Ten out of ten!!!

We had such a fantastic, relaxing vacation at this house. The views of the ocean from the pool & patio are incredible. The sand is smooth and great for walking barefoot. The house itself was beautifully decorated, the beds were super comfy, and the kids especially loved the bunk beds. The kitchen had top tier appliances and cookware, I especially appreciated the big fridges! The pool, comfy outdoor seating, and outdoor grill/kitchen were used pretty much every night and we seemed to have the nights to ourselves. The house is within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store is just a short drive away so it is very conveniently placed. The owner couldn’t have been friendlier and responsive. It was a beautiful home on a gorgeous, safe island with breathtaking views and amazing food. We’ll definitely be back!

Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of the Exuma waters, this property provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I found myself frequently drawn to the pool, where I could leisurely soak in the mesmerizing views while unwinding from the stresses of work. There was just enough to keep the family entertained, from water sports to beachside lounging, yet not so much that it detracted from the simple joy of spending quality time together. It allowed us to create memories that will undoubtedly last a lifetime. In essence, Island Time provided the perfect setting for me to slow down, reconnect with my loved ones, and savor every precious moment. Our whole experience was absolutely amazing - I will start from the beginning. We arrived in GGT midday and after suffering the horrors of modern air travel, we were greeted by our cars being ready for us right outside of the customs office. I think we walked 30 feet. Our host set everything up - all we had to do was sign some quick papers and we were on our way. After a short and scenic 15-20 minute drive, we arrived at “island time”. Upon entering the home, we were greeted by the amazing decor, a modern kitchen, a stocked fridge (ask about this service - it’s great) and the AMAZING view. The house was everything you see in the pictures and more. All 4 bedrooms are master suites with the large front 2 facing the ocean. The back 2 bedrooms are very nice as well. These rooms also boast bunk beds in addition to their primary beds. The pool area is wonderful. My wife really enjoyed the shallow area where you can lay in the sun and still lay in the cool water. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for our steak and lobster dinner night as well as casual conversation and drinks all day. One of our favorite features were the clear bottom kayaks. Man were these fun. There are several reef areas you can reach. We also utilized a boat charter that was recommended by our host and it was an amazing time. We have stayed on exuma many times, but I think we finally found our go-to vacation rental. Thank you, Paul and team, for making our vacation so special.

We had pretty high expectations after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures BUT nothing prepares you to how great the house is. You have everything you need and Paul, Patrick and Patricia provide all the little details. Super responsive hosts and any small need was taken care of very quickly. The only bad part was having to leave. Highly recommend for your next stay or vacation unless it’s the same time we want to return. We need it that week 😉
