"Charming little house with plenty of room for its purpose. 4 nights here cost just a few dollars more than a 4-night stay at the nearby chain hotel. That's a few dollars more for an incredibly greater experience. No brainer if you ask me. We will use it again, no doubt about it."

"Great location, home was lovely! Thank You!"

"Really great location if you don’t have a car. 10 minutes from downtown and 25 from airport. Good options for eating and drinking within 200 ft. Definitely recommend vs hotel."

"Great stay, lovely cottage and Larry and Sandra were great to deal with. Definitely stay again"

"The property was very clean, amiable"

"The property was very cute and well-located in a super quiet, but convenient location, offering all the bare necessities for our stay. While the studio is great, I would recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones provided were quite flat. Also, be prepared to bring extra towels; the host only provided one per person for our four-day stay. Overall, a nice spot for an excellent price if you come prepared!"

"Overall it was a great place to stay the only thing we thought would have been nicer if the grass was cut but other then that it was a great place to stay"

"Cute and cozy. Price was right!"

"Location was good for our needs, with many restaurants and grocery stores close by. It had decently comfortable beds and nice pillows. However, the house was perpetually damp - I am unsure if this was due to the excessive rain during our stay or what, but the house really needs some dehumidifiers to help with the dampness. There was literal condensation on tables and floors. Our bedding and clothes felt damp. The artificial scent things were overwhelming - I had to place one in the closet and...

"We dug it."

"Great place! We had so much fun"

"Wonderful stay!"

"Clean, well maintained, good location, good value"

"Always clean.Hosts are constantly great.Pet friendly and good neighborhood."

"The location was super and having laundry was helpful!"

"Adorable place and great DTR location. We noticed an issue with one of the beds and the host responded within 20 mins and sent someone out that day to look at the repair needed."

"Everything as listed"

"A wonderful spacious property, beautifully laid out and comfortable! The game/pool room is a real bonus. And communication with the hosts was timely and thorough. We would stay again and can highly recommend."
