"Great position in centre, with underground parking. Spacious room and hotel in general. Above all the honesty of the staff. We inadvertently left a bag with both our laptops on the garage floor when we left! It was kept safe for us until we were able to return and everything was there. So special thanks to the garage staff and Claudio at reception in particular. Not everyone would have been so honest. Many thanks and we’ll be back! "

"Wonderful hotel in Turino! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Our room was huge and we had 20 ft high ceilings! Huge tall windows! Great view! Very modern and clean! The only draw back was the mattress on the bed was very hard/firm. I think this is becoming more common in Europe. But it feels like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Being from the United States, I am used to plush, pillow soft mattresses. I had to take Tylenol and Aleve to get through the night, My legs and hips were hurting so much. But maybe other people like things more firm. "
