"Beautiful atmosphere "

"Good value for the price we paid. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Le Havre, and close to an Aldi. Property typical 2 star - could do with a makeover, but didn’t affect our stay. Adequate car parking. The hotel and rooms were clean, but could do with better towels, as ours were a bit on the small side and getting old. Water in the bathroom always hot for showers. Room good size, rail provided to hang clothes but no drawers. Electric wall heater, which was confusing to operate, but luckily we had unseasonably mild weather. Small eating area/restaurant with small evening menu which we didn’t have. Breakfast typical cold continental buffet - although you could make a boiled egg and toast. The hotel caters for both couples/families as well as a few commercial van drivers when we were there. Would return there to visit our French family (but would possibly consider taking our own bath towels)."

"Couldn't fault anything and would recommend for a quiet stay 10 minutes walk from the village centre of Montivilliers. Continental breakfast is available for 8 euro. Good secure parking too. The only problem we had was actually finding the hotel on our sat navs. "

"Great place to stay, but there is no lift and 3 floors to carry luggage up. Bit too far away from being abe to walk to a bar or cafe if you have walking difficulties, otherwise ok place to stay. You have to make sure you ask for a room with en suite bathroom, otherwise you have to share. "

"Room was very basic and quite small. It felt very cold and the walls are very thin. There was black mould on some of the bathroom tiles and the sink had a crack in it. More of a motel than a hotel. Restaurant had very limited choice on the menu. Breakfast tables rarely made up. No hot food. Wifi was very good. Staff were friendly and plenty of parking outside. Not the best place I have stayed in but relatively cheap."

"Lovely property with a great garden for the children. The pool was good - shame the weather wasn't. Would have liked to be a bit nearer to a village but we had a great stay. Thank you Vanessa."
